Band Bookings at Queen Bee's

Thanks for your interest in bringing your event to Queen Bee's!  Please read through the following info, and if you would like to connect with us about booking, fill out the form below.

Booking and Production Fees
  • All band bookings require a $200 deposit.

  • Production costs will range from $250 to $500.

Promotional Requirements

In order to meet your ticket guarantee and be given priority for future bookings, Queen Bee's requires you to thoroughly promote and market your event.
 

  • Two weeks from the date of finalizing your booking contract, and not less than three weeks before your event, Queen Bee's must have your marketing materials which need to include a flyer.
     

    • Your flyer needs to be print resolution of 300 dpi and include the following:
       

      • Queen Bee's logo​.  Click here to download logo.
         

      • The following text to describe the location of your event:
        Queen Bee's Art & Cultural Center
        3925 Ohio St, San Diego, CA 92104

  • Once you've submitted your marketing materials, if you require Queen Bee's staff to make any revisions related to your marketing materials more than one time, Queen Bee's will add $25 to the cost of your event each time your marketing materials need to be revised.
